Prints of New York. The standalone framed print.

Many clients order on the website and all they need is one print. It’s either a gift or its going to be a standalone print in an office or a home. It’s normally the largest size and it’s purpose is to make a statement on it’s own. A splash of colour can make a standalone print.

The print above looks impressive when it’s large and in a frame. When a print is on its own its own in a room it needs to be a ‘wow’ print. It needs to be a conversation piece. The print above is 42nd Street in New York and you can see it here.

Size matters. If a print is to be a standalone print it needs to be big. It needs to fill the room. Above you’ll notice the wall is made up of four panels. We discussed whether it might be best to hang four prints here but it was decided that my ‘light streak’ image with Big Ben in London on its own would fit the bill perfectly. You can see it here.

Panoramic prints are perfect to use to hang in a room on its own. Boardrooms and reception areas often rely on one large print to do the job.
